Kind Words From Our Clients
On behalf of all the family I would like to say a big thank you for all the care you gave to Dad. I know he looked forward to his walks with his Care Giver. And Mum appreciated all the ladies’ friendship. Thanks once again, Mrs S.
A huge thank you for being so kind and attentive over the past few months. You all have been superb – so patient, and caring. You certainly helped T through his difficult time and you are greatly appreciated by me personally and all the family.
M and I want to thank you for all the help and support you have given our parents over the past few months. Your professionalism and caring attitude made a real difference to their lives and helped us too. I think you were probably the high spot of Dad’s day and I know he enjoyed having a laugh with you!
I would like to thank you all and in particular SP who looked after my mothers needs admirably – anything from care and cleaning to shopping and always cheerful and conscientious. My mother was extremely fond of her and looked forward to the twice weekly visits.
We have used this agency for four years and have no intention of leaving them. They always do everything they can to meet my wife’s changing needs. The carers are very professional and friendly. They look after me very well indeed and I feel extremely safe with them.
Bright Dawn visit my mother once a week for an hour. This is to introduce a regular person into the home to build up a relationship, initially as friendship and companionship. My mother has Alzheimers and is requiring some extra support with hygiene, nutrition (eating!) and medication prompting. I hope to enable, with funding the services of Bright Dawn once the assessment is completed. They are a reliable, consistent care company and very supportive to myself.
Dementia Care Specialists
Most of us forget things every day, like people’s names or where we put our keys, in both Alzheimer’s and Dementia, memory loss is more complex and recurrent than forgetting things occasionally.
Our Care Assistants are specially trained and work as a team, with the client and family to support everyone on their journey. Our knowledge is continually developing and evolving to accommodate the care provision for dementia; enabling people to live independently in their home for as long as possible.Find out more
Complex care is a type of home care that caters to the needs of people who live with complex health conditions, and as a result they require higher levels of support to give them everything they require to live a full and healthy life. Tracy started her home care agency in Solihull in 2008 to provide a different type of home care service, as she is passionate about helping people to remain independent in their homes for as long as possible.
This stems from Tracy’s personal experience regarding care for her father, who had to leave his own home and go into residential care due to lack of quality care support available to him.
Being a smaller care company, enables Bright Dawn Home Care to devote more time to the individual and their families; to ensure the service is a dignified, quality, and professional service.
Our ethos is to provide the best quality and consistent care service to our clients, each and every day. We believe its not what service we can offer for you, it’s what service you would like us to provide for you. Each service is tailored to the individual’s wishes, needs, and wellbeing; it’s flexible and allows for their changing needs.
In order to provide a quality and relationship driven service, we ensure that it’ll always be the same Assistants smile your family member sees each time, in order to ensure our service isn’t rushed. Each call is a minimum of an hour long.
