Companionship and Basic Personal care
Our care assistants will arrive at a time that you have arranged and will be with you for a minimum of an hour. They will make you a cup of tea and offer companionship and conversation. They can support you with some light housework like dusting, washing up the dishes or emptying the dishwasher. Or if you require support with daily tasks such as assisting with meal preparation or shopping, or if you’re concerned about getting in and out of the shower or bath and need a bit of reassurance knowing that someone is there should you get into difficulty, our care assistants can be nearby to offer help and support should you need it.
Should you need assistance after a time spent in hospital, especially after a hip or knee operation, where the rehabilitation process takes some time. Our care assistants are there to support you, from helping you to get your support stockings on and assist with showering and dressing, or to making you a cup of tea.
Our care plans are flexible and can be changed to suit the client’s needs.
Specialised Care and advanced personal Care
Here our care assistants can be there to support clients with more advanced stages of Dementia and Alzheimer’s Disease and those living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Parkinson’s Disease and Stroke. Our care assistants are trained to offer more complex personal care and assist with mobilising and medication administration.
