Do you have a compassionate nature?

We are passionate about enhancing the quality of lives of vulnerable people who need help.

If you have a few hours to spare a week, and would enjoy helping others – you could be enjoying a very rewarding career.

What is a Care Support Worker?

A Carer has a special way of taking care of others – maybe they’ve been a family member or friend. Carers just want to make a difference to the life of an elderly person.

If this sounds like you, you can share your unique talents and skills to help adults and elderly people stay independent and live the lifestyle they desire; through becoming a Carer.

As a Care Support Worker, you will build rewarding relationships with your clients. You may provide companionship, help with daily activities such as light housekeeping, meal preparation and errands, or personal care services like help with dressing and grooming.

We regard it as a special privilege to look after people with love, care and compassion – and we take our responsibilities very seriously indeed.

We are looking for people to provide care to adults and the elderly:

  • Offering companionship
  • Assist with home help
  • Personal care needs
  • Experience not essential
  • Full training provided
  • Competitive pay rates and great career progression opportunities.
  • Pay enhanced for unsocial hours.

“I enjoy care because I get a feeling that I’ve helped someone. I especially enjoy caring for people in their own homes because I feel people are always more comfortable at home, so that makes them happier. I feel care at home is important for both family and clients.” – Miranda, Senior Care Giver

“I decided to go into the care sector after I was looking after my grandmother years ago. I’ve been in the care industry for 7 years now and I’m really enjoying every day of it. 7 Years was a long journey from a Care Giver to becoming a trainer and care manager. Live in care is really rewarding, it has been the best thing on earth to make a difference to people’s lives.” – Maggie, Deputy Care Manager
